Players should descend slowly avoiding jumping so that they can position to drop into the glitch vault at the correct angle.

For example, hit the highest point doing break points downward to the second floor, then repeat the process to hit the correct point of the vault. There is a strong possibility players will take damage to a fall down (or glitch out) and bounce again, so be sure you have no more than 40 points of health.

Using a Jetpack

The Jetpack is not the best tool for exploiting the now-fixed glitch into the vault. The is no best or fast way to use a Jetpack to glitch into the vault. The Jetpack only gives around 3-4 seconds of flying time and does not drastically increase movement speed inside the vault. It prevents the player from using other fast methods and does not provide enough up-leg to speed up getting into the vault. It can be ideal as a way to traverse water without losing health, but it is not ideal as a means of bush-jumping into the vault. It is also ineffective in using water to increase movement speed inside the vault as it increases jumping speed no crack speed overall beside the speed of movement in the vault.

The Jetpack was a tool that Epic Games used for a short time in May 2019 to explore ways to allow the player to safely fly during fights and get into high ground. Ultimately the idea of the item was scrapped and it was vaulted from the game permanently in January 2020. The specifics of how to glitch into the vault were not relevant during a time when the jetpack was a part of the game. No secret shortcuts were discovered to use the Jetpack as a glitch to get inside the vault.

Using a Zipline

Internal windows are a new enough addition to vaults, having just been placed inside Slurpy Swamp.
